Love the massages! Colleen is so in touch with your needs and knows exactly what spots to hit. I always feel better after I leave. I would highly recommend IR!
Colleen has a true gift. She intuitively finds the areas in my body that aren’t moving well and, through her unique method of massage, stretching, and gentle movement, helps open up those stuck places. Each massage is unique—no cookie cutter approach here. She may employ different tools like cupping as well. The space is soothing, quiet and beautiful. And Colleen is a genuinely caring and overall lovely human.
