Colleen is THE BEST massage therapist I’ve ever had and I’ve had many over the span of 20+ years. I’ve been going to Colleen for several years now and she continues to impress me each and every time! She listens to your needs, focuses on those areas and does not dial it in. I have sciatica issues, lower back pain, tightness in shoulders and foot pain due to my flat feet. I ALWAYS feel taller :) and pain free when I leave! You will not be disappointed!
I have benefited from Integrated Recovery’s tremendous therapeutic techniques. While I am far, far from the Olympic athletes that Colleen works with, I appreciate that she take the time and listens to my minor aches and pains. She has also referred me to competent sources (chiropractors and podiatrists) to complement my treatment. When I was plagued with TMJ pain my dentist was very impressed with the relief that Colleen was able to accomplish in my jaw.
Colleen's understanding of the human body is better than any therapist I've ever experienced. I started seeing her for neck pain (working at home during Covid) and continue to see her because she can fix anything! She listens, tailors every appointment and offers suggestions for stretches/workouts in between visits. She is truly incredible.
