Dr. Metz is a real Blessing to me. Dr. Is helping me navigate my wife's progressive Dementia/Parkinsonism, Compulsive Gambling & relationship dynamics within my Family. Dr. Metz is very insightful, a good listener, empathetic & Professional. I wasn't as prepared as I wanted to be for my screening day, but the doctor was very professional and easy to work with. I didn't feel nervous or disrespected, which made the process so much better. It was a long wait, but worth it!
Billing dept not too satisfactory. Way too many constant unresolved billing issues. Therapists are phenomenal. Veronica and Pam are Amazing!
I didn't think Zoom therapy would work for me however IPAS changed my mind. The therapists are extremely helpful and kind. I plan on sticking with them for a while. Fyi, you might be put on a wait-list. Hold out for an opening.
