The front staff is absolutely amazing and so friendly. The doctors are amazing as well! Been going here a year now and they have helped me so much! So grateful for this clinic!
It seems as though all the decent providers, the ones who really care about their patients, end up leaving. It really makes you wonder why, but spend any amount of time trying to interact with the receptionists in the St. George office and hearing her repeat "well, that's just our policy," it seems to be less of a mystery. This place used to be great before the last few months of 2024 going into 2025. I have experienced constant phone tag, getting on the phone with an actual person is near impossible, and you have to sometimes wait up to 10 days for them to even send a new script to your pharmacy. The receptionist they have working there now likes to be a know-it-all and will transfer you to lines without anyone on the other end. Just another voicemail that will go unanswered.
