Be very careful. I just ended services with integrated and they sent me a bill and just withdraw $125 from my account. I've never missed an appointment and have paid my copays. Why am I getting money taken from my account?
Integrated Psych has been the most frustrating experience I’ve had with mental health professionals. I can never get ahold of my psychiatrist nor can I get a call back from the office. The only communication I get is them sending a bill asking for more money for a treatment I paid for the day of.
Absolutely love it here! Have never been any place better. I am listened to and heard for once. They care about me like family and they literally have saved my life more than once. I would recommend this place before anywhere else. Literally my favorite people and my safe place. 💕 B.B.
Very disappointing. Went for initial apt and could not get anyone to call me back to schedule recommend treatment. Waste of time and money.
