I recently had a backup in my basement and was able to find a great company to come out and help us through it. I was impressed on how quickly we received a call and the ability to come out the next day and get us taken care of. While on property Fred explained everything he was doing and was very courteous and respectful. I found his pricing to be fair and very reasonable. Definitely will be calling Fred again for any future issues or repairs.
I had four roofing companies assess a roof leak problem and Fred with IPS was the only one that did not immediately recommend a roof replacement. Everyone else (Bachmans, Mitri, Home Genius) only recommended solution was to replace the entire roof. Fred found the problem was elsewhere on the property and as a result saved me thousands of dollars.
