I had previously written a review describing our experience during a large ice storm. While that experience was unfortunate given the unprecedented winter event, their team afterward was (and continues to be) great. They apologized, fixed what needed to be fixed, and did right by us. We have continued working with them and are happy that we did.
Worst customer service you will ever deal with. Call, email, txt or beg and they do NOT respond, don't show up when they say. Just the absolute worst. Save yourself and call someone else.
I cannot tell you how terrible of an experience we are having with this company. They were hired by our builder this past summer to install a generator for our new construction home. They supposedly completed the job and billed us in full. In November (two months prior to writing this review) we proactively reached out to confirm that our generator was fully operational and ready for winter. This company is amazing!! Bad weather in forecast and Stac just texted me to make sure we are good and everything is working properly. She said let them know if we need anything. That’s amazing customer service!!!! We bought our whole home generator when we built our house in 2013 and I can tell you to this day it is my FAVORITE feature on our house! When our power goes out it is so amazing having it just automatically kick on. The service is amazing. I had a question and wrote it on my invoice when I sent payment and the owner called me himself. He takes pride in his business and keeping his customers happy. We are currently remodeling a home to rent and we are even having them put one on that one.
