Around 6:50AM one of your drivers completely blocked all 4 lanes of west 130th while attempting a LEFT TURN into your parking lot. There were also 2 men standing in the road stopping all 4 lanes of both ways of traffic. They are not the police, they cannot block traffic. This is completely disrespectful to all morning commuters trying to get to work on time. Shame on IPS, you don’t own the road
