Someone from IPMS in a dark pick up truck was traveling south on I-91 today between 2:30 and 3:30pm and cut me off. As I was passing them ( as they got off exit 10) the man driving flipped me off. Classy people you have working for you.
IPMS mishandles bills for patients of Greenwich Pathology Associates. Be very careful about attempted double-billing practices. I have my transaction receipt and I am glad because this vendor experience does not inspire confidence. I paid my bill online 4 weeks ago on on April 15 and the transaction approved. It is now May 13 and IPMS has *just* sent me a "DUE NOW" statement dated April 20 (!) for the amount I already paid a month ago. IPMS is closed on weekends, which means I am now burdened to find time during the work wee... read more
IPMS handles bills for various physicians. I spoke with them 2 weeks ago about not being able to pay a physician's bill via their website as it was listed as "not secure". As nothing was changed I reviewed them more negatively for that and presenting billing information that was somewhat incoherent. I also had to make other arrangements to pay the physician group which was a nuisance. I don't like negatively reviewing anyone as reviews are important. Since then, they finally fixed the SSL certificate issue and wrote me. Base... read more
