Unfortunately for me, I sustained a very significant injury to my brachial plexus among other things. It required surgery (because of course it did). Integrated physical therapy (IT) has been absolutely fantastic. I usually do not do well in physical therapy because I tend to find aggressive therapists who don’t listen. That is not the case with IT.
