This place SCREAMS scam. Immediately marked 'Past Due'. Their site looks like something someone threw together for a high school project and the PAY NOW expects me to tell them how much is owed. If this place is legit, they need to try harder. Guess I'll call them in the morning and see what kind of accent I get. ETA: I guess this place is actually a place. I called and had them verify the date of service which matched so just a case of terrible optics.

Im not even sure this business exists lol. I hope I didn’t throw my money away. - Addresses don’t match between what insurance has on file versus the paper bill and the website. - When I called the number and got a representative they answered with a “Hello/hey” and no standard greeting. I was nervous to give information immediately. - According to the rep, the inaccuracies on my paper bill were due to how it printed. Weird spacing, missing punctuation, and no hours of operation.
