Horrible! Had an appointment for my husband who is disabled so to pain.He waited for two weeks to see Dr Snowball.It took us 1 1/2 hrs due to rush hour traffic for only 16 miles.After getting my husband who is wheelchair bound in and out of the car, we were informed we didn't have an appointment! Oh yes we did and the gentleman at the reception desk knew we had one He said nothing! The other receptionists talked to the Dr and they did nothing! They told us to come back for the 2nd appointment I had made at the same time.That... read more
