My husband has been in pain for years and know one would listen. Josh listened and took the time to help my husband with the pain. This place is amazing. Courtney who is at the front desk is amazing.
Doesn't seem to care about me. My pain keeps worsening under his care. Muscle relaxers not helpful. Confusèd about why I'm prescribed muscle relaxers when they don't help. If I wanted more muscle relaxers, why would I see a pain specialist and not my PCP?
My husband drove 2 hours to get to his appointment and he forgot his paperwork, he’s in a lot of pain and never gets a full night sleep so of course he forgets things… I told him I’d scan it over to them via fax or email and they said they don’t have a working printer!!! Really how do you not have proper equipment to run a medical office? So there’s only one printer in that entire office?? So then they made him reschedule another month out and 2 more hours of driving back home, another month this poor man has to suffer? Walm... read more
Pain is a horrible thing. It interferes with every aspect of your life. I visited Mark and he actually took the time to listen and then evaluated my needs to help me feel better. He couldn’t have been more understanding and helpful. Courtney is welcoming, pleasant and so very helpful and immediately put me at ease! Thank you!”
Waited a long time to get an appointment, drove 2 hours to get here and I forgot my paperwork they had me fill out so they said we can’t see you and rescheduled me for almost another month out leaving me in pain. I asked if they could print it out and they said their printer is broken, I asked them if I could mail it to them and they said nope you need to come back so I wasted 4 hours driving there and back and left in pain. Horrible customer service and no compassion for their clients.
