Super incompetent office people. Pretty impolite. They WILL NOT call you when your insurance approves anything and once you figure it out, they talk to you like you are 3 and make you wait up to 2 months for your procedure. They don't return calls. Their credit card machine has been broken for 3 years. No one cares about you there!
