The director Katie Johnson has just cancelled our service agreement. She's extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. On the day of my appointment I got covid screening questions just before the OT arrived. This should have been done prior to the OT leaving her home/office. I declared my daughter wasn't feeling well at the time so the OT cancelled her visit, which was absolutely fair enough.
