I would rate them 0 if I could. This company is a scam. My doctor (DR. Podromos) has dropped them! I received a faulty unit from one of their "patient services" rep, the rep did not leave any instructions, or refill bottle, or my calf wraps. I was in a hospice, when my unit went faulty. The "rep" showed up and replaced the machine, 1 hour later the ice wrap fails! After waiting for 4 hours, he comes back with a used wrap!!! i was disgusted to say the least. INTEGRATED ORTHOPEDICS IS A SCAM. After out patient knee surgery while still at the doctor my husband was approached by a representative offering him a compression/iceing machine to help with swelling. We were told it was covered by insurance and that it was $150 per week. We retruned the machine within the week and were charged $1070.00 THIS IS A SCAM. This machine is not covered by insurance and is far from t$150 like the rep who magically appears with it after surgery will tell you. I should have wondered how someone hawk... read more
I do not Who wrote the first review on Integrated Orthopedics,but Integrated Orthopedics did a great job.... I was worried about renting any medical equipment, but this guys went above and beyond... When i call with issues, they did not just talk to me on the phone, but they came to my house to help.. This is how service should be....Thanks Steve
I rented a unit from this company and was told it would be no cost to me because of my insurance. When they billed, they gave the insurance company a different billing code than what they originally quoted me, and now expect me to pay them $500 when it was supposed to cost me nothing!! I feel like I have been defrauded. Will never use this company again and do not recommend them to anyone!
