I was charged up front for a follow up appointment after surgery. They over charged me and I have been fighting with them for 3 months to get my refund. I even filed a BBB complaint which they never responded to that either. Beware of this company.
This company handles billing for a pet scan office in Tulsa. The Dr office asked me to pay what they calculated to be my 20% after my insurance. My insurance paid it in full march. This company never notified me the just kept my money. In reviewing my insurance claims as I’m going thru cancer treatment i found out my insurance paid them in full.
