Somehow, this company ended up installing my satellite internet service. When I cancelled my service, they refused to credit me with the price of the equipment. I dont think the president let me finish a sentence the entire time I tried to speak with him. I should have gotten a clue when I had scheduled the install, the installer did not arrive in the three hour window they gave me. I didnt receive a phone call, apology, anything. Just a "too bad". I wanted a patch cable my hi-speed internet modem, but they also had a ton of A/V cables (RCA, Svideo, Component, DVI etc) all at cheap prices. James was my salesperson, very helpful!
