I’ve started reformer with Jules feeling really hesitant, as I hadn’t done anything in a while due to injuries and ongoing pain, and was coming in with a very limited range of movement. Each session I’ve had so far, I’ve noticed such a shift in my body. I feel more open, more confident in my movement, and in significantly less pain than when I walked in. Jules also gives me helpful tips to support me between sessions. I always leave feeling more mobile and at ease in my body.
Aimee is an exceptional physio. I went in with what I thought was one injury but she reviewed my whole posture and aligned my hips and ribs and it actually fixed the other issue. She is incredibly knowledgeable and very holistic in her approach. I feel an overall improvement in back pain and posture since I have seen her and no longer need to spend hours stretching and massaging my back every night. Would strongly recommend.
