I used to go to this office for 20 years and had a wonderful doctor in Dr. Edelstein. Ever since he retired this place is an absolute joke. I went in to see Nicolette Owens on Friday and I was checked in by a woman who absolutely reeked of cigarettes to the point I got nauseous. Then I sat in the waiting room for a half hour waiting for Nicolette to show up. I was the first appointment at 7 AM. For 40 years I've had more than enough contact with our medical community of practitioners. Finding a good PCP is not about bedside manner.
