I went in with irregular heartbeat. I saw PA Bethanie and she was very knowledgeable. I still have future testing to do, but overall I was pleased with the nurse, receptionist and Bethanie.
I was surprised when I went into the exam room and there was only a laptop--no one had told me it would be a telehealth visit. I'm not sure why they wouldn't just say that ahead of time. Other than that, I was very pleased with my visit. Efficient, competent, pleasant and kind staff. Visit did not feel rushed in any way. Would have been a 5-star visit, but for the surprise video aspect.
