Called up to question a bill that showed no date of service or medical provider. The person that answered sounded like the robo callers you receive from scammers in India (you all know what I'm talking about). He gave me some cock and bull story that this was a deductible charged by Medicare. I know I had paid this earlier this year, so I just hung up.
Always very courteous and professional. Dr. Chan is very thorough and explains everything so that a layman can understand.
Absolutely incompetent. Unable to do the most basic job of billing and completing transactions. Still waiting for a refund due to their mistakes.
After paying bill recieved another one months later. Sorry I used anyone associated with them. Since posting just Recoeved another bill from pathologist who read report. STAY AWAY FROM ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THEM THEY WERE IN MY NETW0RK BUT PAYING COPAY AFTER COPAY FROM DIFFERENT PROVIDERS WHEN ONE COPAY FOR VIST SHOULD HAVE COVERED EVERYTHING
