They kept badgering me about money I owe and it says in the statement they will do payment plan but when you call them to arrange that they are if no help at all. Too bad on them I will mail what I can when I can. I mailed them a payment 3 weeks ago and they still never cashed it. They will not be getting anymore payments from me

I've also been stuck with this company through Advanced Urology Centers of New York. They send initial emails that you owe them money, with no indication as to what doctor or practice triggered this bill, just a button to click where you have to enter your personal information to get any kind of detail. Frankly, their emails look exactly like the type you are taught to avoid and report in any corporate phishing training. I'd give a negative number if I could. What a JOKE this place is. I have left numerous messages, emails etc. Not once has anyone returned a call??? What they do all day is a mystery wrapped in a riddle. An absolute joke of an organization. Return phone calls and help people!!!!!

Called up to question a bill that showed no date of service or medical provider. The person that answered sounded like the robo callers you receive from scammers in India (you all know what I'm talking about). He gave me some cock and bull story that this was a deductible charged by Medicare. I know I had paid this earlier this year, so I just hung up.
