Was great for my 1st appointment. Tried to get my husband in for an 11am appointment last Friday and they said he missed his appointment. He calls to reschedule and they proceed to tell him he never had one. I called and they said his last name was different and now they won't reschedule him due to one of THEIR employees mistakes. Avoid this place with all costs! This will be getting sent to higher ups
Came here for help getting off very addictive and dangerous medication. Was told my appointment was for 11:00. I arrived at 10:45 and was informed that I had missed my appointment (they claimed it was for 10:30) and would have to call to reschedule. When I called to reschedule I was first told they had no record of me ever having an appointment, then they realized they had the completely wrong last name for me I was informed I was no longer welcomed do to a "no call, no show". Which makes no sense since I was in their lobby.... read more
I really liked how they treated me, it was my first appointment, the nurse and the doctor treated me very, very well, they were attentive to my care, I loved it, thanks
Horrible office they do tests on you and can't support evidence that they were done. The girl Amy knows nothing about their portal so she is no help at all
