If there was a zero star rating I would still take five away from this "business". Last June(2021) Integrated began work on my solar panels and outdoor kitchen. I don't have any complaints about the solar panels yet, but I'm sure I will in the future. Victor assured me that he could build an outdoor kitchen and pergola in my backyard and I naively believed him. As all the reviews look like here . If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not do business with this guy Victor Sanchez. He’s the owner of this company and he’s a great salesperson . He will tell you everything and paint a beautiful picture for you. But he will not do anything as promised . Such a horrible company with terrible workers who are clueless as to what they are doing. I had a system installed back on March of this year, since then the system was never turned on by EPE. I tried contacting the company owner but he never helped me. I was able to cancel the city permit and EPE permit and I called Victor Sánchez the owner of this company to tell him that the panels are illegally installed at my property and that they need to remove them now if not I would take legal actions against him and the company. Started this on 12/28/2020 Not a good company at all to do business with they promise you everything they can think of to get you to go with their solar panels but then they don't come through with everything offered such as; batteries; LED lightbulbs. I'm still trying to resolve this problem however Victor will not return phone calls or answer his calls if he knows you're hounding him do not trust this company.
