They destroyed a brick wall on Idaho resort was called to come fix and they would pay for it to be fixed as they damaged. Have not seen a dime for the repairs done. There has been communication through email and provided what needed to get paid and no communication or payment has been sent.
They maintain the property in La Vista and they do a very poor job. Trees have not been trimmed in months. The wash next to our house is overgrown and not maintained at all. They don't bother to rake the rocks, and are barley in the neighborhood for a couple of hours and do literally nothing.
I am impressed by the knowledge and information that Michael Samples knows about trees.
