Very nice doctor, great staff! Answers all questions, handles all the lovely emotions that comes with having kidney issues.
Dr. Ramos and his staff are wonderful. He is a very attentive doctor. He listens and seeks to understand your concerns and experiences and doesn't just rush you through your appointment. His office assistant Jennifer is very thorough and great at returning phone calls and coordinating things like lab tests etc. It is very refreshing to have this type of interaction and collaboration a medical team. Highly recommend Dr. Ramos!
I have been seeing Dr. Ramos since 2018. His office is run very efficiently by Jennifer and Wanda, lovely ladies. It is always a pleasure to interact with them. Dr. Ramos is very kind and caring. I will continue to remain under his care for years to come.
Dr. M. Ramos has been my doctor for nearly 2 years, and he regularly visits his patients in at least 3 area hospitals. He’s impressed me with his professionalism, expertise, and kindness from day one! Dr. Ramos listens and offers helpful solutions to improve your overall health. Follow up visits at his Bay City office were important for monitoring my progress, and I’m so grateful to him to now be at stage 2 kidney disease. I highly recommend Dr. Ramos. He truly cares about and for his patients!
