They talk about used car salesmen being "slimy" you have no idea what slimy is till you deal with these people. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They never return phone calls, they are very rude and very unprofessional. Can't wait till my policy is up so I can get rid of these low lives...Don't waste your time....
How can you have a good working relationship with an agent when he spends all of his time trying to get with clients. Low life!
I have had Allstate insurance for many years. Our insurance was transferred from another agent to Phil Vinyard. Phil is a good person but doesnt' take the time to understand his clients needs. He is completely at a loss when it comes to special insurance needs and you are just as well buying your insurance from ATM. I would not recommend Phil for your Allstate Insurance needs.
