Great people working there and they were very accommodating in seeing me after a scheduling misunderstanding. Thank you!
They keep sending bills over and over for services that were covered by insurance. The explanation of benefits from BCBS shows that my responsibility is 0, yet they keep billing me for a portion of a CT scan which was paid for. I've called over and over and the people who I speak to are useless. They keep saying they'll look into it and to call back in 7-10 days.
