I recently had a wonderful experience with IHS installing a whole home Generac generator at our residence in Decatur. Very professional and educating experience from the initial inquiry to the completion of the installation! We made multiple inquiries and IHS responded almost instantly, and before any other company! We obtained multiple quotes, before choosing IHS. We choose them because they listened to our needs, provided information and solutions that others didn't provide and the quote was extremely completive. The whole process everyone was friendly and communicated. Everyone involved in the installed kept a clean work environment and ran everything in a clean manner. If any changes needed to be made or they had any questions, they asked, instead of making assumption. Overall one of the best experiences we have ever had.
After researching backup power options for our home, we decided on a whole house generator (a Generac 24kW unit). As this was quite a significant purchase, we did extensive research and then reached out to, and interviewed, three separate companies. We love having a generator! I am so grateful for Integrated Home Solutions! Clay was fabulous to work with through our planning stages, the fellas that came and did the work were courteous and professional! They were all so kind and helpful answering all our questions. We were pleasantly surprised that the install moved along much quicker than we anticipated 🙌🙌 It wasn’t but 2 months before we lost power for several hours and it kicked in smoothly and we were up and runnings without a hiccup! We are more than pleased!!!
