I’ve had many remedial massages over the years but by far Taka at Integrated holistic health is the best. His energy and healing therapy is beyond words for me. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you 🙏

I've been going to Taka for remedial massage for about 4 years now and always recommend him. I tried about 5 other places before him including physios and chiros and he fixed me first time. Whenever I have an issue or pain I always go to him and he fixes me in one appointment. Highly recommend
