I had a boiler installed and there ensued ten days of no hot water or heating with farcical but not amusing behaviour from the installing company and the manufacturer. I was at my wits end so I contacted Alec who calmly took control of the situation and got the brand new boiler working as it should. I paid a fair price for top notch work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a boiler repaired or installed.
Alec installed Vaillant boiler seven years ago, first ever problem occurred this week, he turned up 2h after I called yesterday, boiler repaired at estimated price on single visit. I hope he will not have retired when I need him next time (2028?).
Alec is the consummate professional. He has a deep understanding of the latest heating tech around the world and a very practical no-fuss approach to problems. He replaced our boiler system in a Victorian terrace at very short notice, including troubleshooting the funky old boiler setup. Honestly couldn’t recommend more highly. Superb.
I can't recommend Alec of Integrated heating highly enough, especially if you want to get the most efficient set up for your heating system, and meet a lovely and knowledgeable guy. Before the job he took a lot of time to explain various options and advise on the best for my situation. Our boiler was starting to fail and needed replacing. But, it was a struggle to find someone with the expertise to modernise our existing heating system with HW cylinder (230V S-Plan) to a digital modulation control using our existing Tado smart thermostat. Luckily Alec / Integrated Heating came up with the solution: A 4-pipe boiler with integrated diverter valve and a cylinder probe thermostat.
