Worst office I have ever been to. The doctor truly does not care. The staff has no knowlegde of anything. Was told I would hear from a manager about all this 3 weeks ago! Still have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I have sent 5+ emails in the patient portal and nothing.
I tried to get help from this office over the past few months, but my experience was disappointing. The first provider I was assigned to was very helpful, but then no-call no-showed an appointment because they overslept. After I raised the issue with the manager, I was reassigned. The second provider was also helpful...but then also no-call no-showed due to personal problems. The doctor is very attentive, my experience with her was very comforting, understanding, and caring. I have never had anyone listen and actually understand what I was saying and feeling but , she definitely helped me not only remember who I am but what I am capable of doing and overcoming. I highly recommend her to everyone and anyone in need of help in her field.
So happy to have found Integrated Health and Wellness Services! Dr. Chiekwu is readily available, allows open conversation, and leaves me with much less anxiety than previous doctors. I very much recommend this office they’re great!
