I was really hoping for better, but Dr. C was a disappointment. I went in wanting to understand my 5y.o meds and care, but was met with unprofessionalism, negligence and dismissal. This is after asking thoughtful questions and requested clarification after she forgot to schedule us for follow-up. She forgot to schedule a 3-week follow-up after prescribing my 5y.o's first medication, and when I got an appt with her she just apologized and said she understands if we might not be a good fit- that was it. When one decides to seek therapy, there’s so many emotions that run through your spirit about it. Being vulnerable, being transparent, combatting what we may view as weakness, and fear of facing the unknown face first and healing!
