I tried to get help from this office over the past few months, but my experience was disappointing. The first provider I was assigned to was very helpful, but then no-call no-showed an appointment because they overslept. After I raised the issue with the manager, I was reassigned. The second provider was also helpful...but then also no-call no-showed due to personal problems. The doctor is very attentive, my experience with her was very comforting, understanding, and caring. I have never had anyone listen and actually understand what I was saying and feeling but , she definitely helped me not only remember who I am but what I am capable of doing and overcoming. I highly recommend her to everyone and anyone in need of help in her field.
So happy to have found Integrated Health and Wellness Services! Dr. Chiekwu is readily available, allows open conversation, and leaves me with much less anxiety than previous doctors. I very much recommend this office they’re great!

I received a phone call today from a male receptionist claiming that I owe an "outstanding balance" "DEMANDING " credit card numbers and information which is totally false. I have two insurances and they both handle my mental health needs efficiently there is never any "outstanding balance " but this man's tone of voice and "DEMANDING" demeanor for my credit card information i found quite disgusting and abhorrent !! felt like being bullied by this individual and he's just dead wrong.!!
