Before I started treatment w/ IHS, I was having 15 migraines a month. I’m down to 4 migraines a month now. My neurologist recommended that I come here for my migraines. The dry needling treatment and rehab exercises Dr. Sanders has given me has been life changing. I’ve been suffering from chronic migraines for years and Dr. Sanders has given me a new lease on life!

I went to see Dr. Sanders for a significant shoulder pain issue. Thought that perhaps I was gonna need surgery but with acupuncture some detailed stretching and some instruction on how to work out the pain has gone away after nine sessions. I am very close to being 100% pain-free. I would recommend Dr. Sanders to anyone who would have similar pain issues in their joints
