It's new, clean, and neat, but my experience was very disappointing. It was clear that my case was not of interest, nor was meeting my basic needs. For instance, I asked for a simple in-office orthostatic tolerance test. I trusted the person administering the test would be able to properly conduct it. Unfortunately, they were not familiar with the test and did not follow the protocol; they did not even have me lie down horizontal, which is a basic necessary step. Was really disappointed as I’ve been following for a while and was looking forward to the appointment. I waited for 35 minutes after my appointment time to be seen and then the visit was very rushed. I feel like the provider was very dismissive and rushed. Interesting because I referred someone there the week prior who had a totally opposite experience. I won’t be returning.
I’ve not had a primary care doctor in YEARS….. one of my doctors suggested making an appt to see Christina Sweatt, for a consult…. I was hesitant, and typically never voluntarily make appts with women drs (idk why, just being honest)— but i scheduled an appt with Christina….She is SO KIND, SO GENUINELY SWEET AND CARING, easy to speak to honestly, and is extremely knowledgeable and ALWAYS accessible ….Needless to say i FINALLY have a primary care provider, and AM so happy i scheduled the appt…. Christina Sweatt is great. She is by far the most thorough, and knowledgeable PCP I’ve ever been to in my life. She is also very easy to talk to. She always asks if I have any questions before she leaves and I never ever feel rushed. This is my second appointment with her and I definitely will be staying. She got me set up for different things that are going to just help my overall health and took the time to care and go that extra mile.
