I’m extremely grateful to Integrated Gut Health, in particular Dr Radford-Smith. As a patient of his for 30yrs and one of his first patients when the clinic opened, I now am living a full life, eating what I want and travelling abroad. Having a complex disease that is best treated when a holistic approach is taken is where IGH come into its own. Terrible communication. Impossible to get a hold of in order to rectify thier own mistakes. Will only communicate via their own we portal you need to log into every time they send you a massage. Cancel appointments without warning claiming lack of payment they never asked for ( with no option to pay immediately and keep said appts)
These guys do a wonderful job within their speciality. I have seen great results from the consultation, better management of inflammation and found their diet plans work to my better benefit. Only negative is that they are impossible to get in contact with, the administration never answers the phones or responds to emails. Unless you book an appointment in the building, it is a real struggle to arrange anything. The product of their work is really good, the capacity to actually reach them and seek their services is poor.
