I was lucky to hear about Matt and Paula, owners of Integrated Functional Health last spring in Burlington, Iowa. And, happy Matts coming to Des Moines monthly. I've had some Excellent Results for things I've struggled with for years and appreciate the ease and comfort of his sessions as well. Thanks Matt.
I went in to do a float session today. I have not felt so relaxed in years! Both body and mind. Matt and Paula are so helpful and friendly and make it an amaxing experience! I left today and told 4 of my friends about it. They are all going to set up sessions for themselves! I will most definitely be back there! I recommend this to everyone. I will probably get the massage after my float next time as well! Great staff and the relaxation I needed!

After a long struggle with an ankle injury my high school football player woke up today pain free for the first time in a very long time! He was so excited and happier than I've seen him in a while! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Matt Dewild, he was wonderful!
I just want to say Matt and Paula have a great health care clinic going in Bettendorf. I have back issues and on Sunday it flared up after hanging a microwave. I called Paula and she got me into the infrared sauna, I did that for 3 days and did the float tank for 2 days. Let's just say I was able to do stuff this weekend with very little pain. This is the fastest I have bounced back from my back issues.
I began as a patient at Integrated Functional Health seeking treatment for a running injury. I had heard from a few friends that Matt could have me at 100% before I walked out of the office. This proved to be true, and I have been a patient for over 2 years now. Not only has working with Matt made me a faster runner, I have learned to handle the stressors that come with being a full time student.
