IFS was instrumental in getting our residential builds out of the ground faster. Their knowledge around soil conditions and load requirements saved us time and money.
Most impressed with Rob, David and the team at Integrated Foundation Solutions. We had a last minute change to our plans and I called 3 other business similar to this one and although the guys were not the cheapest quote, they were the most pleasant. They understood that this was not in our original plans and they made the process really easy to understand for us. Rob at Integrated Foundation Solutions (IFS) was great to work with, he replied to queries quickly and pricing was very competitive. A date was locked in months in advance and there was good communication prior to the work being completed to ensure everything was still on track. On the day, the team arrived on time and were very friendly to deal with. Job was completed as required. Thanks again IFS.
Please do not use they left our job unfinished and a $80K bill that we had to pay. We got another local contractor in who completed the job in 2 days with no fuss and half the cost. Please ensure you look at other options prior to using this Company.
