Things started out well then April started missing apointments, being late frequently to the ones she could make and speaking unprofessionally around my daughter. We asked for a refund and she said ok then when my wife sent the request she denied it. Twice. Shady.... see photo.
April is not consistent, unprofessional, and is easily distracted during sessions. She was always changing my appointments. I set up one on one training sessions but she always had me working out with a group.
Excellent personal training staff, positive environment and real results for any skill level.
