I tried this program about a month ago I got one session out of 12 remaining I’ve lost a total of 6 inches in about 10 pounds so far. I lost 20.2 inches and 15 pounds in six weeks/12 sessions using Contour Light and watching what I ate. I did not exercise. It was very relaxing and they were always on time. Sounds like a great way to tone up to me ;)
