I cannot say when when I have been more disappointed in the manor or demeanor of any doctor. Dr. Desai may be OK but she was not for me. She is prideful and arrogant. She did not listen to me or care to hear my concerns. she seemed more concerned about filling out the required protocol for testing than actual care for me. There billing dept. doesn't know what there doing, had to have united health care tell me the right amount of money I owed them ( they tried to over change Me). They don't send billing statements just an email saying pay X amount of dollars. they canceled my appointment for not paying what they wanted and tried to charge me a cancellation fee on the appointment they canceled. Be careful, demand a billing statement so you know what you're paying for and go to there portal and print out there billing summery, they post there m... read more
