There billing dept. doesn't know what there doing, had to have united health care tell me the right amount of money I owed them ( they tried to over change Me). They don't send billing statements just an email saying pay X amount of dollars. they canceled my appointment for not paying what they wanted and tried to charge me a cancellation fee on the appointment they canceled.
