I love Dr Desai and her staff. They are very caring and I never feel rushed. My only negative comment is communication— getting through on the phone is difficult. I can use the portal but sometimes you need to speak to someone immediately

This is a good doctor for some. Most doctors don't like when you leave as that reduces their income. She did not have time to write many referrals and said it was too much work for her. She said that I could have only one referral each two or three months when I would go there. I reported her to my insurance company. I changed providers. I found someone that is wonderful. Find someone else.

Do not go to this office,they tell you they take your insurance and then they bill you full amount and no one at the office can help you .I have called many times and they still lie to you over and over.
