Great experience visiting Dr. Desi and her staff. Kat at the front desk is very friendly, professional and pleasure to speak with while making my next appointment. I highly recommend visiting here if you need a great doctor and staff.
Dr. Desai is the best doctor I've ever had. The office staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent medical office.
I love Dr Desai and her staff. They are very caring and I never feel rushed. My only negative comment is communication— getting through on the phone is difficult. I can use the portal but sometimes you need to speak to someone immediately
This is a good doctor for some. Most doctors don't like when you leave as that reduces their income. She did not have time to write many referrals and said it was too much work for her. She said that I could have only one referral each two or three months when I would go there. I reported her to my insurance company. I changed providers. I found someone that is wonderful. Find someone else.
