Dr Del Valle and her staff are always professional, knowledgeable, skilled and a delight to be with.
I found this to be an unprofessional practice and negative experience. A simple first time dental cleaning took 2 and a half hours. The x-ray tech took a photo of my face for their records without asking for my consent. The dentist took 30 minutes to get to me after my cleaning was finished, and then used AI to review my x-rays and gave conflicting information outright saying that "AI says you have a cavity here but I don't see it, but maybe" and then saying I had a bunch of cavities while at the same time saying none are th... read more
