Dr. Gregg is Amazing! Starting with his front desk, Tiffany is super sweet and efficient. Today I missed my follow up appointment. When Tiffany called, she offered me an appointment just 2 hours forward. Thank you, Tiffany! Dr. Gregg completed my cataract surgery on the right eye two weeks ago. Everything went smoothly, everyone was friendly and polite. Dr. Gregg was knowledgeable and helpful. He kept it simple and didn't push anything unnecessary.
They sent me a postcard I need to make an appointment. I have called 3 times and left messages and they did not call back.
Failing grade at this point! Called three times to schedule an appointment. This has happened before! So I am now going to Canby Eye center. Their customer service is in the toilet! Bye, bye👋
Charge co-pay when we weren’t supposed to be charged for one very short and rude in the office not friendly at all would not recommend to anybody
