Failing grade at this point! Called three times to schedule an appointment. This has happened before! So I am now going to Canby Eye center. Their customer service is in the toilet! Bye, bye👋
Charge co-pay when we weren’t supposed to be charged for one very short and rude in the office not friendly at all would not recommend to anybody
My husband and I were both charged 50 dollars each after insurance just because he saw cataracts we already knew about for years. It's a con. They call it a medical exam instead of a vision exam to get the copay a vision exam
