its nearly impossible to reach anyone, and when I finally spoke to her about a $125 no-show fee just today ( the first time we discussed it), she refused to remove the charge, even though I never scheduled an appointment and never received a bill. I had an excellent experience with Doctor Kristina through their online platform. From the start, she was incredibly friendly and put me at ease,which can sometimes be challenging in a virtual setting. EDIT: The response from the owner says that the membership is optional. Seems like they backtracked because of a negative response since the first email about this "membership" literally (direct, copied and pasted quote) says, "If you are an existing patient and do not wish to enroll in the mandatory membership, you are still required to pay the initial $50 membership fee. After payment, you may cancel with a 30-day written notice as described above." I'm glad they backtracked but I still would NEVER trust this place. What a... read more
