its nearly impossible to reach anyone, and when I finally spoke to her about a $125 no-show fee just today ( the first time we discussed it), she refused to remove the charge, even though I never scheduled an appointment and never received a bill. She even threatened to stop seeing me over this, which is fine, I’d rather not see a doctor more focused on false billing and odd charges than patient care.
