I was charged for an appointment that I did not attend and never consented to having. I had to call both the billing department and the office four separate times to try to get the charge removed. Each time, I was told it would be addressed, but nothing was done and the bill remained. I did not have a good experience here with medical care. And I do not like Kristina's bedside manner. The communication style to me was snappy and unprofessional for no reason. So I went elsewhere. Edit: These are my other names. People are not supposed to put their main ID on the internet due to identify theft reasons.

I got billed for a visit that never occurred and charged extra for a fixed fee telehealth visit 1 month after the fact. The visit itself was fine but the billing practices are very questionable.
