Dr Henriette & the team have always ensured a calm & accomodating experience for those with anxiety & sensory needs. I had never been to the dentist before coming to the clinic, but now I am confident to say that my fear of the dentist has diminished. I love Henriette’s holistic approach to dentistry & highly appreciate her use of acupuncture & mindfulness techniques. Dr Jade was wonderful. My teeth clean was pain-free and the whole experience was great. An treatment plan was created and she is able to do tough work other dentists haven’t been able to tackle. I have been to dentists all the over the world, Jade is the best.
Dr Henriette is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The focus on easing dental anxiety is fabulous, and I appreciated receiving quotes in advance. She used laser treatment instead of a needle and I was incredibly impressed. However I’m dropping one star due to the administrative side. I’ve been three times now - the first they got my time wrong, resulting in a 1.5hr wait time, so I rescheduled. My second visit I waited 20 mins, my third 45 mins. Dr Jade and Dr Henriette are INCREDIBLE! Both are incredibly patient and lovely, especially for patients like me who have really bad dental anxiety. 10/10 recommend.
