I visited Integrated Dental health on a Saturday morning for a second opinion after receiving treatment plan earlier that week that left me shocked, it was 6 visits over a number of months (not to mention the cost!). Dr Charlotte Kim had a very different view. I was all sorted in one visit the following week. I have waited 6 months to write this review - happy to say things are going great. Very impressed with the service and will return.
Unfortunately, my experience with Integrated Dental was disheartening. The reception staff were unfriendly, and communication throughout my visit was poor. While I was waiting for my appointment, the dentist walked into the waiting room and asked the receptionist, "Did my 11:00 actually show up?" As the patient sitting there waiting for my 11:00 appointment, I found this disrespectful and judgmental. It made me feel as though I was being spoken about rather than spoken to. I recently needed urgent dental care, I saw Dr Love and her assistant’s Mia and Leslie. I highly recommend Them, Dr Love and her team provided exceptional care, their ability to deal with severe dental anxiety and attend to the necessary procedure in a compassionate considered and timely manner is worthy of commendation.
Dr. Leung and Mia were wonderful. Very reassuring and accommodating.
I’m a naturally very anxious patient, but this team made me feel completely at ease. I had a filling and a crown done, and the entire process was gentle and painless. Truly the kindest dentist I’ve ever visited!
