Such lovely people, I saw Dr Love and her assistant Lorelei for a check-up and clean along with concern i had over my teeth recently, she made sure i was comfortable and knew what was going on during the whole appointment, would definitely recommend coming to see these lovely ladies!
Dr Love and staff recently treated my husband. He was treated with care and kindness. We are pleased with the work done.
I have never felt more comfortable and better informed at the dentist. From the administrative team to the nurses and dentists, the team is really friendly and really trying to make people feel safe while providing the best care.
I visited Integrated Dental health on a Saturday morning for a second opinion after receiving treatment plan earlier that week that left me shocked, it was 6 visits over a number of months (not to mention the cost!). Dr Charlotte Kim had a very different view. I was all sorted in one visit the following week. I have waited 6 months to write this review - happy to say things are going great. Very impressed with the service and will return.
Unfortunately, my experience with Integrated Dental was disheartening. The reception staff were unfriendly, and communication throughout my visit was poor. While I was waiting for my appointment, the dentist walked into the waiting room and asked the receptionist, "Did my 11:00 actually show up?" As the patient sitting there waiting for my 11:00 appointment, I found this disrespectful and judgmental. It made me feel as though I was being spoken about rather than spoken to.
