I filed my taxes last year from here. They have unprofessional staff. They had us wait outside of the room for an hour while they were filing the taxes. They did not even ask basic questions like if we did any donations, capital gain/ losses. If I would not have paid attention, I would've ended up paying more for the taxes. Never going again to file taxes with them.
