Integrated concrete services is one of the worst concrete companies I have ever dealt with in 15 years in construction. They were hired to level my Foundation. It is an old house with cast iron drains. They assured me that the cast iron drains would not break. In the subsequent month they all broke. I called Thursday 11/29 requesting an appointment for an estimate for foundation repair and was told I would get a call to schedule an appointment on 11/30. Never received a call. Today was 8 days after my initial call, so I tried again around 2:00 asking why no one had called. The receptionist told me someone would call me right away and again, no one called. Not sure why a business would have someone answering the phone if they can't even schedule appointments. I don't have the time to make a phone call to schedule another... read more
