I have been in the tech field for several decades and just took on a new job as a Sr. Engineer for a communications company. With ICS they made my onboarding super smooth as I needed my work computer to have many tools and settings configured in order to do my job. I have had only excellent experience with Dario from technical support team. Dario is very knowledgeable, patient, and solution-oriented. Dario resolved my printer and scanning issues .
