I love everything about this office- not only is the staff extremely friendly and helpful, but the office is always impeccably clean. Most importantly, I always feel extremely well cared for. I never felt like I was being pushed, and I felt like all of my options for treatment were explained perfectly. Dr. Polcino made me feel so comfortable, I started seeing his father as well. The bedside manner runs in the family!!!! If i could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Dr Polcino seems like a nice person. His staff is wonderful. The only thing I’ll say is get a second opinion. In the end he is a surgeon he wants to do surgery.
