My Lexus was plowed into from behind, and the perpetrator hit and ran, while my wife and I were in the hotel at the Tidewater Inn. We live in High Point, NC and we were unsure if the vehicle was fit to drive 400 miles the following day. Chris and his team were immediately responsive and pulled out the bumper, and adjusted the undercarriage for our long and safe drive home. Wow, we broke down on our way back from Ocean City on Wednesday, and as luck would have it we pulled into their parking lot to check out the problem. They came out to see if we needed help, and it was luck, destiny, or just someone looking after us from above. We were 80 miles from home, and I was freaking out.
