I cannot recommend Chris and this therapy enough. Its wizardry, really.
I highly recommend him. His style of bodywork was extremely therapeutic and beneficial. I am no longer experiencing the pain I was having after the first treatment.
This session specifically targeted my problem area-the left side of my back and hip. The adjustment also improved the alignment in my feet, allowing me to stand in a much more comfortable position compared to when I first arrived. Chris was welcoming and communicated clearly throughout the session. He answered all of my questions in a clear, respectful manner that never made me feel uncomfortable or uninformed.
